In 12 weeks you will
→ Have a structured program aligned with your sport and season
→ Improve strength, power, speed and conditioning
→ Understand why you’re doing each phase of training
→ Reduce risk of overuse injuries and burnout
What’s included
→ Initial performance assessment and movement screen
→ Individualised 12-week program inside the app
→ Weekly programming updates and adjustments as needed
→ Fitness testing at baseline and re-test
→ Optional collaboration with Maddie for fuelling support
Note: The program is ongoing after the 12 week minimum period, you can cancel at anytime with a minimum of 14 days notice, concluding the minimum term of 12 week commitment as part the contract.
