In 12 weeks you will

→ Know what and how much to eat around training, games and tournaments

→ Understand how to fuel for performance and growth, not just aesthetics

→ Work on body composition goals in a way that protects your relationship with food

→ Feel more confident in the kitchen, in the gym and on the field

→ Initial deep-dive consult (60 mins)

→ Personalised fuelling framework and plan

→ Fortnightly check-ins (in person or telehealth)

→ Weekday messaging support within agreed hours

→ Adjustments based on training load, competitions and life

Note: The program is ongoing after the 12 week minimum period, you can cancel at anytime with a minimum of 14 days notice, concluding the minimum term of 12 week commitment as part the contract.
